PRICING (TIERED)

This retreat is now running on a tiered pricing structure.

Early rate (already offered): €150 - SOLD

New booking rates:

• €175 – from 15 March

• €200 – from 1 April

• €225 – from 19 April

• €250 – from 1 May onwards

This pricing structure:

• Rewards early commitment

• Helps cover fixed villa costs

• Protects the event if all spaces aren’t filled

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

🔒 €100 non-refundable deposit to secure your bed space

💶 Remaining balance due within 30 days of booking

A bed space is secured once deposit is received.

Deposits are non-refundable due to exclusive villa hire.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Accommodation in a shared 2–4 bed room at the Lourinhã Skate Villa for the full week*

  • Private access to the skate park (mini ramp + bowl) throughout the week

  • Private swimming pool and firepit

  • Games room with foosball, table tennis, and darts

  • Access to bikes and skateboards for casual, independent exploring (subject to availability)

  • Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ facilities for easy self-catering

    *Room allocation will be made by the organiser. Specific room types cannot be guaranteed.

OTHER COSTS TO FACTOR IN

  • Travel to and from the venue (nearest airport: Lisbon)

  • Transfers to Lourinhã (easily done via public transport or shared taxis)

  • Food (the accomodation is self-catered)

  • Optional €70 buffet breakfast package for the week (freshly prepared each morning)

  • Optional extras available via the venue (surfing lessons, yoga, massage, etc.)

We’ll coordinate travel, food plans and any extras inside the confirmed guest group.

This started as a small test week at cost. As planning has evolved and fixed expenses are locked in, pricing now reflects the real structure needed to run it properly.

The aim remains the same:

Affordable, community-driven skating without inflated “luxury retreat” pricing.
